HJ chemical process pump is a standard chemical process pump which is upgraded and innovated by our company on the basis of IH pump. The pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever structure, the performance parameters in line with GB / T5662 (equivalent to IS02858) standards. In the design, the use of advanced hydraulic model, with higher efficiency than the IH pump increased by 5%, is energy-saving products. In structural design, the American ANSI standard is adopted, the shaft diameter is enlarged, the cantilever ratio is shortened, the shortcoming of frequent broken shaft of the IH pump is eliminated, the operation stability is improved, the maintenance cost and the operation cost are reduced. Company with reference to the United States API682 standards developed by the 171 series of mechanical seals have been successfully used in soda ash, chlor-alkali, salt, phosphorus chemical industry, metallurgy, environmental protection and other industries and easy to crystallize, multi-particle conditions. HJ pump now has more than 100 specifications, the basic coverage of 2.5MPa pressure, 200 ℃ temperature of all chemical process applications. It is one of the three most widely used chemical process pumps in China, which is the most widely used in China with CZ and ZA.
